Usage
The pit gas carburizing furnace is periodic operating furnace. It is mainly used for the carbon steel elements’ gas carburizing and so on.
Feature
It’s equipped with a vacuum-pumping system, which has no oxidation. And its carburizing speed is fast and carbon is distributed evenly.
Although it has no fast cooling system, it could cool the workpiece fast according to the needs, and its efficiency could be enhanced 1.5-2 times compared with the same pit gas carburizing furnace.
Full automatic temperature and action control, perfect alarming system and locking protection device.
The furnace lining uses an ultra energy conservation structure. The hearth uses a special u-shaped brick, the surrounding insulation layer are all made from aluminum silicate textile fiber, simultaneously the furnace shell’s surface layer is covered a layer of asbestos board (when in low temperature the thermal conductivity is the smallest). This kind of structure has many advantages, such as good heat insulation effect, low energy storage, small heat losses, good thermal shock resistance, convenient overhaul and so on, which improves the furnace lining life-span greatly. And the parameters of the electric furnace’s power loss when it’s empty, the rising temperature of the fire walls and furnace temperature uniformity all surpass the national standards.
