The ovens are equipped with heating systems operating on electricity (Air Heater or Infra-red Tubes), oil (High Speed Diesel or Light Diesel Oil or Kerosene), liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Thermic Fluid, Hot Water, etc. These systems (except electrically operated) are provided with suitable indigenous or imported burners and well designed heat exchangers for higher heat transfer efficiency resulting in least operation cost and better profitability.
