Description
GCJK 10 series induction heat treatment quenching machine is one of the basic heat equipment in our company. Machines of this series are mainly applied to superficial induction heat treatment and spray quenching and steep quenching of various crank parts. This machine can be handled by hand or semi-automatic, suitable to individual production and mass production. This machine can also be used with high frequency, supersonic frequency and intermediate-frequency supply unit.
Main structure and features:welded main column and the bulk of machine enable it to be rigid enough. Hydraulic system is adopted to drive the main movement, which is of the circular guide-way structure. Friction rub is made of stainless and plastic comprehensive materials ,anti-erosion and moving fast without lubrication. With Omron PLC controller,this economical and practical quenching machine is reliable.
