Pit type annealing furnace
Adopting the heating mode of externally heating, the vacuum pit-type annealing furnaces have heating elements, fire-resistant and heat preserving materials set inside their firepots; the work-pieces, placed in the vacuum fire boxes, undergo the heat treatment processes of bright quenching and annealing after the fire boxes being pumped to required vacuum degree and being set to corresponding heating temperature in conformity to the requirements of the heat treatment technology. It is possible to aerate protective gas in line with demands. By adding proper devices, it is also possible to realize gas blackening and bluing, stress annealing, carbonization, joint carbonization and nitrogenization and other heat treatment processes. They include the low-temperature vacuum pit–type annealing and other furnaces as well.
Applications
1 For medium temperature furnace
It is mainly applied to bright annealing or non-bright annealing treatments for stee1 strips, steel wires, silicon steel sheets, scroll iron cores, gas-protected welding sticks and other ferrous metal materials.
2 For low temperature furnace
It is mainly applied to bright annealing of copper/Al. wires, copper/Al. strips, copper /Al. pipes, and other nonferrous metal materials.
Features
The unique structure of energy-saving furnace pot uses the Cr20Ni80 nickel-chromium alloy resistor strips that are coiled into an M shape to replace the traditiona1 Fe-Cr-A1 resistor wire, so as to increase directiona1 heat radiation to get good energy-saving effect, and the resistor band won’t be broken for three years.
